Canada鈥檚 approach to science, technology and innovation (ST&I) is evolving. While Canada has a long history of engaging in collaborative international ST&I projects, shifts in policy and the increasing importance of economic security have required Canada to adapt. The Government of Canada has therefore introduced a number of measures and best practices designed to ensure that any ST&I collaboration clearly benefits Canada and is fully consistent with Canada鈥檚 interests. This evolving approach has necessitated a shift in how the federal government helps prepare innovation-centric Canadian institutions, researchers, and firms to engage internationally on an equal, informed footing. This webinar will aim to provide Canadian innovators with important considerations before embarking on international partnerships with firms in China.聽聽聽聽
