Wellness Coach

The DAL AC Athletic Department has hired a Wellness Coach for students and Athletic Centre members.听 We are pleased to welcome Sara Mills to the staff.听 Sara will be working three evenings a week to consult with students and members concerning an activity routine and all other facets of wellness.听 Monday,Tuesday and Thursday this week, Sara will be available between 6 pm and 9 pm.听

Ski Trip

Sign up for a trip to Wentworth 鈥� students and staff.听 Two for 1 night on Sunday Jan 24, a bus will leave the athletic centre at 3 pm.听 Register at the Langille Centre equipment room with a $20 deposit and receive the deposit back when you get on the bus.听 Rentals and lift tickets are the responsibility of the skiers.听 Remember 鈥� limited seats on the bus and it is 2 for 1 night at the Hill!
