This total body, strength training class uses free weights, benches and balls to work your muscles in every way possible. Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by adding lean muscle in a fun, energetic class setting.Â
This program focuses on a different body part every day with a strong emphasis on building a rock solid core. A class where everyone feels included with modifications for beginners through experienced exercisers.
