Human Resources is pleased to announce that another annual letter of agreement has been signed with Skillsoft Canada Ltd. ĚýSkillsoft’s library of over 3,000 online courses have been available to ±«Óătv faculty and staff since 2013. New courses and updated content are added regularly to each of the three course collections 1) Business Skills 2) Desktop Skills and 3) IT Skills. The diversity of content means there is something that can address the learning needs of everyone.
When you take a professional development course online, consider it the same as if you were taking a face-to-face course that is agreed you should attend. Be sure to discuss your learning needs with your supervisor/manager to work out a reasonable plan to spend time learning online.
