Community spirit: Dal students and neighbours share a day of connection at Larch and Jennings

±«Óătv's annual fall gathering at the corner of Larch and Jennings streets is all about bringing people together.Ěý

This year's shindig in mid-September saw students and neighbours mingle over food, games, and conversation as children and other attendees decorated the street and sidewalks with colourful chalk artwork.Ěý

Second-year student-athletes dropped by for a lively game of street hockey with local children, while other students enjoyed a game of spike ball nearby. Members of the Dal Tigers women’s lacrosse club stopped by to share food, conversation, and community spirit leaving behind a bold “GO DAL LAX” in chalk.

Hungry Bowl, a well-loved spot on Cunard Street, kept everyone well-fed with shawarma, falafel wraps, cold drinks, and ice cream.
