Matt Burgar has lived with a learning disability all his life, but it hasn’t stopped him from pursuing his studies or his passion for music. This Friday, the History student performs as Bob Dylan at the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia’s “A Different State of Mind” event, for which he’s raised $50,000.
