Target Audience: Primarily Grade 9 students (14-year-olds) exploring career options.
Theme: "Different Perspectives, Shared Direction," focusing on diverse career aspirations and backgrounds across Canada.
Participation: Students typically spend the day shadowing a parent, relative, or mentor at their workplace
