CE Letters - New access to CE letters on registration system

We are pleased to announce an exciting new feature with the registration we have implemented to enhance your experience with us: the ability to extract your course attendance confirmation letter, grade report and CE letter directly from our student portal.

We understand the importance of having quick and easy access to official documentation regarding your participation in our courses. To streamline this process, we have integrated a new feature that allows participants to generate and download these documents directly from their user accounts on our portal.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Log in to Your Account: Follow this and log in using your credentials.
  2. At the STUDENT HOME page, navigate to My Enrolment History.
  3. Locate the course you took in the list of courses.
  4. Click on PRINT icon and choose the report you would like to view.
    1. The Confirmation of completion record confirms your attendance to the course.
    2. The Statement of grade confirms your passing grade in case you took a quiz.
    3. The Course certificate completion report is considered as your official CE letter.
  5. Download and Save: Once generated, you can download the letter in PDF format and save it for your records.
  6. You can also print an unofficial transcript that will show the list of courses attended and the CE points granted.

This new method eliminates the need to contact our support team or wait for manual processing, ensuring you have instant access to your information whenever you need it, as these records will always be available in the student portal.

Please be informed that these changes are implemented starting July 1st, 2024. For all previous CE letters, please contact our office at cde.dentistry@dal.ca.

We are confident that this enhancement will provide added convenience and efficiency for all our participants. Should you have any questions or encounter any issues while signing in or using this feature, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team atcde.dentistry@dal.ca or 902-494-1674.
