Virtual Information Session: Clerkships

The Career Development Office invites interested students to a virtual clerkship information session.

Judicial clerkships offer a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the legal system while sharpening your research, writing, and analytical skills.

As each court has its own eligibility criteria and application deadlines, early research is essential.

Why consider a clerkship?

  • You will work closely with judges on legal research, writing, and editing decisions
  • You can strengthen your written advocacy skills and analytical abilities
  • You will observe hearings and gain first-hand insight into courtroom procedures
  • You can build meaningful professional connections to support your legal career
  • A clerkship may count for some or all of your articling requirements
